About

History

The Cornwall Arts Collective was started in the summer of 2018 by local artist Jay Leroy. Since it's start the members have participated in several group shows, including at the Cornwall Public Library and 2 Alices in both Newburgh and Cornwall. In the fall of 2019 Jay Leroy decided to step back from a leadership role, but is still an active member of the Collective. A committee was formed with photographer Rebecca Kashinski as chairperson. The Arts Collective has monthly meet ups for art receptions, talks, demonstrations, or an opportunity to be creative.
